The STL metro area is booming with new residential - particularly the Chesterfield Valley - due to jobs at Bayer, Pfizer etc.
The City of Chesterfield is anti-highrise so the Chesterfield Valley, albeit beautiful, is a sprawling valley replete with low and mid rises.
I'm actually surprised they allowed an apartment community so dense (345-units) to be built.
