Nice to see something popping up south of Braker. I always wondered if Braker would be a sort of border for any new development around there. I hope this is a sign of more to come.

I also hope that as more development comes anywhere in that area, that some sort of street grid develops outside of the Domain itself...especially south of Braker. Should a lot of those industrial sites get redeveloped over the next decade(s) it would really help to have some parallel roads - and not just for cars, of course.
