The worst part is the mechanical and HVAC housing on the roof which is very visible from street level. It's a hideous box clad in what looks like vertical vinyl siding. It kinda looks like they dropped a mobile trailer up there. Not sure if these architects did this or not, but quite often they will artistically omit the mechanical structure from design renderings.
Still, can it really be that costly to come up with an artistic and elegant solution to hiding these structures?
