Nope, you're incorrect. They placed PSFS(Lowe's) in front of 2 Liberty. PSFS is at 12th Street. So it can't be 10th. This is silly, I'm not picking an argument
I do like the rendering though. It's nice to keep some of the older structures design look, and preserve the adjoining buildings. This reminds me of 2424 York Street in Fishtown. (kinda)
