The 17-35mm just seems so limited to me for a walk around lens. But then again you dont take lots of pictures of people like I do either. Cant wait to see what you do with the d800. All the pics I have seen people post with them are pretty amazing. The ISO capabilities are really sick. Overall just a monster of a camera.
