Tokyo - 20
Houston - 14
Panama City - 12
Singapore - 12
Toronto - 11 (14 in sales or u/c so we may surpass Tokyo, we should hit 25 in the next 3-4 years.)
Seoul - 11
Emporis is missing a ton of cities. To roof height as of 3 months ago, it was something like this:

01. Dubai (63) - 636 m
02. Hong Kong (61) - 484 m
03. New York (53) -381 m
04. Shanghai (46) - 487 m
05. Chicago (27) - 442 m

06. Shenzhen (27) - 325 m
07. Tokyo (21) - 296 m
08. Singapore (18) - 280 m
09. Guangzhou (16) - 441 m
10. Houston (14) - 305 m

11. Chongqing (14) - 283 m
12. Nanjing (13) - 317 m
13. Busan (13) - 301 m
14. Seoul (13) - 284 m
15. Kuala Lumpur (12) - 379 m

16. Bangkok (12) - 304 m
17. Los Angeles (11) - 310 m
18. Jakarta (11) - 262 m
19. Toronto (10) - 298 m
20. Atlanta (9) - 285 m

Bangkok, Seoul, Manila, and a whole whack of other cities are building lots of 200 m+ buildings as well. It's not as if these other cities are all standing still. Toronto will climb up the rankings, but would be lucky to squeak into the top 10. 6th spot isn't realistic.
