I like the doubling up of the garage, but personally, I think it might be at least 50 ft. too tall (for its surroundings). Perhaps it might be because I've gotten used to parking lots. I do, however, like SP Creek as a linear park. Maybe the base could be pushed up to Houston St.; give us a street entrance and not an awkward post-urbanist design/feel like the Main Library.
Eh, what the hell, I like it. Now just give us something to replace Soap Works.
