bit of news:
- Ballymore has confirmed construction start on its Arrowhead Quay scheme in Canary Wharf.
- In the City, Land Securities has indicated 20 Fenchurch Street will not be completed before 2012 at the earliest (if planning permission is granted). They will seek development partner or significant prelet before starting construction. Instead they will build the mixed-use scheme at One New Change without any development partner after Beacon left the joint venture last year.
- British Land has appointed Bovis Lend Lease to build its Leadenhall tower in the heart of the City.
