Let's hope that after demolition, that construction starts by the Spring or Summer. Since this tower is being built on spec, they wont be forced into waiting for a large tenant to sign a lease before starting construction (like 621 CM did).
It's exciting to see all of the activity taking off on the west end of Capitol Mall.
