I remember years ago walking around Holland Park when it had small trees and shrubs and was still feeling new, the water feature etc. all feeling very new and almost odd since the park didn't feel like much at the time. Walking around it the other evening, it has really come into its time, it was really busy, loads of people and couples and kids using it, walking, playing, biking, sitting on the ground, sitting on the benches and seating around the water feature which now feels better fitting. The clusters of highrises to the east keep your eye having something to look too. Nice to see the park so busy and relaxed.
