Just read there is a zoning change request hearing on May 21st for a parcel on the south east corner of Drexel and Campbell from self storage use to multifamily, apparently 98 one and two bedroom apartments are in the works!! thank God I hope this goes through more infill developments like this please and less storage units !! Also read an article that Tucson's population is only expected to increase 77,000 people by 2060!! that doesn't seem right even with our recent slow growth pace since 2009, if that is true that's very concerning!
