The second sign in my favourite though - it’s as if the sign maker literally transcribed a conversation with his boss onto the sign. “Hey Bill, you know that sign which says “Except Bicycles? Well, horse drawn carriages are allowed to exit there too.”
Bill, being proud of his first sign, and possibly foreseeing the day when horse drawn carriages will be banned decided to leave the original sign up and create a new one with the additional exception..
