Here is an Idea I have for a 34 Story Gothic tower in downtown Hamilton in the big waste of a parking lo by the McNab bus terminals.

I was sick of seeing Neo-Modern towers so I made this monster.

first 4 Floors are Office Space, the next are Condo's and the final two are Mechanical Floors.

I originally typed "why not go 30 or 35 floors" but your render has 34.

Sorry. I increase the height ten floors and remembered it as 24 floors. But thank you.

I like it. I would add a commercial establishment on the ground floor. Maybe a nice pub and patio.

Nice render, but your vision is taller then 24 stories .... The Pigott Bldg. is 18..... lol

Yeah, it was actually 34, It was originally 24, but, I changed it and forgot about that before I posted it.
