I saw this the other day and thought it was really neat. Maybe it's been posted here before, or maybe not, so...

I've been wondering how this works, exactly; do the gap fillers come down on top of the platform and act like little ramps, or will they be flush with the top of the platform and not be supported by it?

It looks really cool, and it only adds to my impressions that Brightline is building their rail system the 'right' way. Good for them!

^ Hatman? Yes the Retractable Gap Filler video has been posted already.
Remember Brightline as a private company has to compete with Airlines and other transit services so it has to have top notch boarding technologies.

Where's the "article about real estate agents against AAF"? Didn't see it.

I wonder what the argument(s) could possibly be...

Largest Concrete Pour at Brightline's Miami Central

Video Link

At the 0:20 second mark you can see "Y" vertical trusses rising for the station. This is almost 9 acres of concrete being poured in the heart of downtown Miami.
It's really happening!

I'm pretty stoked about the amount of construction on this line compared to some other lines that get way more attention but just seem to be blowing smoke 95% of the time.
