It deserves really grass, but otherwise is a nice development, despite how manicured it is.

The Georgetown Co. and RocaPoint Partners plan to add a six-story building with 300,000 square feet of office space to the campus. Known as The Stacks, the mid-rise structure would be equipped with tall ceilings, oversized windows and private outdoor space on each floor.

The next phase would join the Palladium building, which the developers created by repurposing the former Gold Kist headquarters off Perimeter Center Parkway. The project features 405,000 square feet of office space and ground-level retail with a timber overbuild.

What's the vacancy rate for Dunwoody office space these days? When I worked in Dunwoody, it was nothing but LEASE signs.

KDC’s plans to add apartments to the fourth and final piece of State Farm’s massive campus received no public objections during a Dunwoody City Council meeting this week, setting the stage for further apartment growth in the Atlanta suburb after years of stagnation.

Under the original entitlements, the city permitted KDC to build up to 729,600 square feet of office space and 33,586 square feet of retail. Now, under the new plan, KDC could build up to 300,000 square feet of office space, 300 multi-family residential units, 175 hotel rooms and 22,000 square feet of space.
