^^I absolutely love how Edmonton has kept it's riverfront mostly wooded. It provides such a fascinating and beautiful contrast!

I wish this was a higher quality photo, but I am sharing it because it does a good job displaying the growth in Nashville's skyline. Add to this some twenty towers of over 400 feet either proposed or under construction.

Maybe a local can tell us, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they had some pretty high floodwaters when the snow melts in the spring (at least sometimes if not every year). If that’s the case then they have no choice but to leave it undeveloped.
