Thats a good way to afford those expensive penthouse units. A lot of folk do that nowadays especially with rentals that are 3000-3500 a month. Sharing the rent amongst 2 or 4 residents. Now, we just need to get about a 1000 ssp'ers to buy a 432 Park penthouse. I think we could all manage to live within the unit. :haha:

If its a 100 million, thats a $100,000 a piece. The question now is how are we going to fit a 1000 beds, or who will share with who if we decide on 500 beds. Somebodies gonna get the floor or at least sleep in the bathtub, and its not me. :runaway:
