There are taking down the ramp on the right side of that last pic?? Is the entire thing temporary?

I so wish the western world could build things like this

The ramp and all the rest of the rings are temporary. That part of the ramp is getting removed first because it is blocking the supercolumns on that wing.

The steel work is up to ground level now.
