That info-graphic should clarify that the 1WTC and the ESB are actually 1,368' and 1,250' respectively to their roofs. And I'm suprised the WTC goes for more s/f than the ESB. I'd figure the latter would still be by far the most prestigious anywhere. The entire building has been updated with all the latest LEED tech.

In a better location it would likely get more, though rents in Midtown south are reportedly picking up. Even with the upgrades though, it still doesn't have the type of open floorplates modern office towers have.
