We have 13 underway that are either around 440' (max occupyable 400', plus up to 10% for residential) plus a couple in Bellevue. Plus one completed in Seattle in this boom.
Based on a quick count in my head, another 24 are planned in Seattle, including another 440' in site prep that has been attempting a July start, and a 500' sort of in site prep. Two of these are pretty tall...880' and 849'. One block has proposals of 440x2 and 440x2. Due to new tower spacing rules, they can't both happen. And of course the 24 includes some that are further out. |
