MELBOURNE | West Side Place | 211 M | 270 M | ~235 M | 240 M | 65L, 81L, 70L, 72L
This has been rumoured for ages given that Fairfax ("The Age" www.theage.com.au ) moved into their new digs 18 months ago down the Street.

Geez, Melbourne is pumping out amazing proposals every handful of weeks it seems! I like it, A LOT!:slob:
|
Nice proposal! What about the recent news about housing prices declinig 5% or so, which I think is a good thing (prices seem to have got a little too pricy)! Also, are there any office proposals in and aroud the CBD?
|
re: house prices - yep the median went down by 5-6% y/y
There's a suburb in the outer west where there's 25% vacancy rate!! apartments are still selling however - a lot of buyers from overseas. A lot of this site will be residential obviously, but it looks more mixed than what we're used to. re: office: check this thread. |
Thanks tayser for the link. I like the taller of these proposals.

That is wonderful. That tower on the left looks like it's made out of huge glass bricks. Very cool design. Austin should have gotten something like this for our GreenWater project.

Towers in Melbourne always have the most unique facade designs. I quite like this one.
