I like the look of this one. Will be another welcome addition to Toronto.

This project will be moving into sales fast. brokers are already pre-booking.

Here's the shape of the floor plate. The edge of the tower which we are looking at in the rendering is the left edge of the floor plate here.

So it looks like a interesting concave curve on the side of the tower not seen in the rendering, an no balconies on that side.

The Balconies facing south into the Maniulife Building might be a drapes and blinds problem for the new owners on the lower floors. But other than that, they have the benefit of the balcony space where the north facing units have none.

This is quite a sleek looking building. Does anyone know if it will include some sort of retail in the podium? I hope it's not just a parkade.

I really like this project. This is what Le Peterson in Montreal should have looked like.
