Does anyone know where this is? Feel free to post more crazy hills...

Obviously a painting or some kind of collage made up of altered photos, but im not sure if that view could exist in real life anyways. But you realize that probably so this is a pretty stupid response :P

Who knows if such a view could exist in real life, or something approximating it without the unreal perspective. I guess the powell cable car facing north so telegraph hill and coit tower could be to the right, but then the golden gate sticking up, seems odd.
