Four architects recently responded to a challenge by the Municipal Arts Society to envision a redevelopment of the Penn Station/Madison Square Garden area.

If the destruction of the old Penn Station was the most horrifying abuse to the fabric of a city since the sack of Rome, building MSG on top of it came next.
Tear the damned thing down and I don't care where they rebuild it. |
Yeah, like that H3 plan would ever be feasible, what is that? A 2000 foot tall building? Freaking architects need to keep their plans reasonable. Dont get me wrong, a 2000' building right there would be fucking awesome, but it will never happen.

A lot of people would have said that NYC will never have over 5 400 meter buildings, and in the near future, it will, plus much more. |
