Yeah I guess there wouldn't be pedestrians inside the traffic circle like the rendering implies. How would they get there without having to play frogger?

I think the architecture is the biggest missed opportunity as opposed to the pedestrian realm.

I guess they could get there via TTC entrance tunnels.

That Eaton Tower sounds really nice, with the archtecture from that time, would've been wicked compared with todays skyscrapers.

Construction projects always contribute in the development of society. Luckily, construction projects have made Toronto city more worthy and place to watch.
