(6600 m2) The client want the building go high so they reduce coverage ratio of their building and have podium part for this building. |

It has been 3 years! Can't wait to see the exterior finishing go up. Hopefully the colour will stand out from other similar coloured buildings in its immediate surrounding.

I like it, it looks classic, not old. From the street point of view it looks nicer than the photos.
