NASHVILLE | Prime | 456 FT | 38 FLOORS

Located almost directly across the street Alcove (900 Church Street) is another apartment tower being developed by local powerhouse, Tony Girratana, that has probably has the most influence in the renaissance of downtown. This tower & Alcove will be developed simultaneously, with some staging for Alcove as first work gets started, then that'll be pushed to that site as this one gets going.

Ground breaks this spring with completion currently expected in late 2023. This tower will contain some ground-level retail with 358 apartments.

Go the Giarratana website and scroll down to the amazing animation showing the time line and details of the construction along with the Alcove Apartments beginning construction at the same time. The Prime is the one on the right.

I'm very excited about both of these sister projects... hopefully it will inspire architects to step up their game a bit in Nashville.

These look great! 801 is not a prime number though. Should have gone for 809.

These should make a good impact on the skyline there.

Oh, without a doubt. That's part of the reason the Tennessee Tower has been so prominent for decades. The western horizon for downtown is pretty unobstructed from west & northwest, partly due to the railroad gulch.

Digging continues onsite for foundation work. This will likely get mover to U/C before June is over.

We've got a crane base set, so we should be getting ready to move this to U/C soon.
