Yeah, its pretty quiet. I'm serious though, an LA architecture thread ongoing would be great, you'd be hard pressed to run out of subjects...

If you really are into architecture, please plan ahead and reserve a tour of Pierre Koenig's Stahl House!

https://stahlhouse.com/

Other can't miss tours are Frank Lloyd Wright's Hollyhock House in Barnsdall Park, Los Feliz neighborhood... and Greene & Greene's Gamble House in Pasadena near the Rose Bowl.

You also may want to plan a LA Conservancy downtown architecture tour of the historic theaters or art deco buildings:

Just got back from a fantastic road trip from Vancouver BC down the coast to L.A and back up via the Grand Canyon. Had a couple of days in L.A and saw a lot of these buildings in person. Love the beautiful mix of architecture in dwntn and throughout. Look forward to the next trip. Side note: That Grand Central Market was an awesome spot for lunch, you can’t help but try and grab one thing from each vendor.
Thanks LA see ya again real soon

I REALLY need to get myself to go and spend some time in that city because I love looking at photographs of it. Thanks for posting!
