This was grandfathered from when we allowed more above-grade parking.

The ratio is fairly typical. 188 units and 125 parking spaces.

Belltown is getting good.

PS, the Cinerama, while architectural nondescript, is reportedly the world's most versatile movie theater in terms of projection technologies. Updating it was a pet project by Paul Allen, which is why he ended up with the Martin site, part of the same property.

drove by the Martin site today and it appears to be 5ish floors out of the ground now. It will be quite an infusion of residents between this, Viktoria and Via6 all within close proximity.

Snapped a shot of The Martin a few weeks ago.

An earlier view of what used to be a former surface parking lot. Very nice to see more of those disappear.

I count 24 floors above grade.

In a 240' zone, any apartment will be 24 floors. They might call it 25 by removing 13.

This building has an added advantage. It's under the old zoning and has more floors of above-grade parking than currently allowed, like five floors maybe. Parking floors might be a foot(??) lower than the typical 10' floor-to-floor for residential, leaving the option of either providing three extra inches per residential floor or maybe tightening things a bit and building 25 levels.

I love the red highlights in the render. Seattle could really use some more color.

This project is more or less finished now is it not?

I seem to recall late summer.

Enclosure is a long way from completion.
