^In Bhutan that is a fairly common decoration of cultural significance. Odd for sure by our standarrds, but it shouldn't be hard to find a lot more of them.

North Americans are so uptight. :haha:

Ex-Ithacan Apr 26, 2016 9:44 PM

^Just wondering what the cultural significance entails? I'm not trying to be a smart ass HIMS, really curious.

That makes sense. I'm gonna get a sacred thread, tie it around my johnson, and paint a couple of pics on my house. Do you think my wife will mind?

A brief visit to one block of Greenmount Ave. in the Johnston Square neighborhood of East Baltimore.

Looks like he's nodding out (there was another guy in a close by block doing the same):

Next some excitement near the end of the block:

I thought the guy in the uniform was a cop, but then realized he was probably a corrections officer from the jail in the background on the left.

I've driven on Greenmount a couple of times, and it is an interesting drive.

Hard to believe, but those braces are still holding up that addition on the left.:uhh:

Maybe it's just me, but this seems like a harsh "Time Out" penalty location.

The Seaport District in Boston is rapidly going from parking lots to mid rises and it has created some funny instances where moving to a new street drastically changes what is built.
