Wow! That is quite a tall office building for the area. That warehouse in the lower left of the image is startup and commercial office space. Still, this would be a huge building for this particular area. It's so far north of the rest of the highrises of LIC that it wouldn't really be a part of the skyline until more infill of a similar height emerged. And I believe that neighboring midrise is a hotel that stalled out last year or the year before. It'll be interesting to see if this moves forward and at what height.

This would be terrific for this side of the Queensborough Bridge. The southern side is bustling and booming but the area around Dutch Kills needs more vitality and investment.
