New drawing uploads required when correction of city was done
 

At least in earlier days, it was necessary to upload new drawings or reupload the drawings of a structure, when the city in which area it stands, was corrected. Why was it necessary? Is it still required or can the city of an entry be changed without loosing its drawing(s)? If yes, since when?

Buildings and their associated drawings can be moved to a different city (though editors have to request this in the editors forum).
