Sacramento excitement
 

Hey everyone! I've been a lurker on this forum for several years now, but just finally made an account. Personally, I'm ridiculously excited for the downtown arena and all the ancillary development that should be (and seems to be) coming. It seems most people on this forum have been mostly for the arena, but what's everyone's take on not just the future of the central core but the entire region given this relatively new development? Just curious, but I'm at least glad to finally have a profile :)
