Looks pretty quiet.

Too quiet...

From the rendering it looks like it might have a sky bridge connection to the new convention center hotel. Is there a reason for that?

No complaints about the updated design. Though I still prefer the previous version.

Very conventional. It could be in Ballston.

Come to think of it, the design does resemble something along Ballston-Rosslyn Corridor.

The newer design looks unique.

There was soil testing going on at the site today.

The project is now 39-floors with 314 units. Up from 38-floors, 299 units.

As much as I like the concept, that pool is going to be useless for swimming and exercising in. Imagine trying to swim laps and hitting a concrete pillar.

It's a pool for chillin and loving the view. :cool:

Hope they've got an infinite wave pool somewhere on the premises.

In keeping with the neighboring Marquette and Marquis, maybe this one should be the Marquardt.
