there are lots of highrises in the uptown area (aprox 15 from dt). but on the whole houston has fewer highrises then most would think due to houses being really cheap. there is a lot of lowrise stuff that you cant really see in that aerial either.

grand view!!! the impressive landscape in cities is always created by human beings while that in rural areas is more natural. They offer options for people when they want to spend holidays in a wonderful land.

AMAZING thread Houston really does fly under the radar IMO I love living in Houston, love the skyline, love the sports, and love how culturally diverse the entire city is.
These pics make me want to get in my car and look at the city from different perspectives, I have lived here all my life and cant believe what I see in some of these pics. Great job by the talented photographers, and props on exposing these all in one thread, worth showing skyscraper fans the wonderful city of Houston. |
