Description - Western-Southern Life has began construction on phase 1 of Queen City Square, which will be a 15 story office/parking garage combo at the south-east corner of 303 Broadway. It has been confirmed that phase 2 of Queen City Square, which features a 37 story tower, will begin construction in 2005 after the completion of Phase 1. Although there will be slight design variations from above, the tower will be similar to the current rendering.
