Description
• Architect: Juan Cárdenas, José Covacevic and Raúl Farrú

• The complex has been the meeting place of the National Congress of Chile since its completion in 1991.

• The complex consists of a 4-story section which is includes service areas, a dining room, and a kitchen on the ground floor with the meeting halls and chambers on the remaining three floors. The tower contains committee offices, a library and other service areas. There is a 500-car parking garage level beneath the complex.
